With Sound Meditation you can experience harmony!

Sharing Sound Meditation is Helen’s absolute passion, often known as Sound Bath, Sound Journey, Sound Shower, Gong Bath – what are they?

In a Sound / Gong Bath you are invited to lie down, snuggled under a blanket with a lavender eye pillow, if you would like one and be immersed in Sound.

Using global beautiful instruments known for their frequency and vibrational qualities as well as their sound including Gongs, Hang Drum, and Hand Pans, Singing bowls, Chimes and Native Flutes you are ‘bathed’ in sound to encourage and promote relaxation. The soothing sounds will effortlessly lull your mind into a meditative state, while the vibrations revitalize your body and help to release tension.

Sound Journeys are unique individual experienced, each participant bringing their different emotions, memories, prior experiences, their life.  Each session different, there isn’t a typical one, just one completely unique.

PLEASE NOTE
Helen strives to be as inclusive as possible, however, gong baths are not advised for
- first trimester of pregnancy – sound epilepsy -pacemaker.
