Nutritional Therapy uses nutrition science to promote optimum health, peak performance and individual care.
A deficiency or imbalance of nutrients can lead to a wide variety of health and wellbeing disorders such as psoriasis, sinus problems and irritable bowel syndrome. Nutritional therapy addresses these imbalances through food, supplements and lifestyle changes to help clients achieve their health goals. Health goals can range hugely but may include improved digestion, immune and allergy support, weight management and reducing high cholesterol levels.
Nutrition with Linnéa
Linnéa is a Nutritional Therapist who specialises in women’s health including hormonal imbalances, pregnancy and post–partum, as well as children’s nutrition. She uses evidence–based nutrition and will help you get to the root cause of your symptoms, rather than just managing them. Symptoms may include bloating, low energy levels, poor sleep, acne, hair loss and many more. Linnéa can support you reaching your optimal health through dietary changes. She also believes in the importance of addressing lifestyle changes such as sleep, relaxation and movement as these are essential to address alongside nutrition for a successful health journey.
Linnéa has a passion for nutrition, real food and cooking. Her interest in nutrition was sparked by her own health issues after working in a stressful work environment as a structural engineer. She then started her journey as a Nutritional Therapist and successfully changed her diet and lifestyle to become symptom free. She studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) for 4 years and has successfully supported a variety of clients since.
