PROFILE-(1)[2]

Jo Ridgway Acupuncturist BSc Hons degree in Chinese Medicine and member of the British Acupuncture Council

Jo has been a practitioner of Chinese Medicine for 13 years and is dedicated to providing my clients with the highest level of care and results.

Jo studied for four years at The International College of Oriental Medicine, receiving a degree from Brighton University in Oriental Medicine.

After graduating, Jo spent ten fulfilling and happy years working in two busy clinics in London but after having her third son, they decided it was time to follow their dream of raising 'free range children' and move to Devon. And here she is, thirteen years later, still as excited and rewarded by practicing acupuncture as ever.

Jo specialises in women's health, something that evolved naturally. Jo is fascinated with all aspects of women's physical and emotional health, from hormonal cycles and fertility, to anxiety and insomnia. I have done extensive post-graduate training and am continuously studying, reading and learning about all things related to Chinese medicine, health and wellness. I also have a degree in psychology and is currently in the last stages of training to become a maturation coach, which Jo feels complements her acupuncture practice perfectly.
