Bex has a long career in the fields of mental health, elderly care, Alzheimer’s and end of life care. She has her own lived experiences of chronic pain, depression, anxiety, fatigue, illness and major surgery, so she is very empathetic. She brings laughter and compassion to her sessions which are guaranteed to make you feel better in body, mind and spirit.
With 30 years teaching in the Wellbeing industry, Bex is very experienced at giving adaptations for any type of limitation you may have, so please don’t let it stop you from coming.
